Return and Refund Policy
Our Return and Refund Policy compliant with EU regulations.
Please appreciate the time and care taken to package and ship your order. Especially at Christmas this is very important. Every child dreams of a Christmas present or a birthday present. We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. So let the gifts be given to those who really want and care. Let the children smile! We are grateful to our clients! You are the best parents!
Non-refundable Products
- Specially designed, Personalized products
- Used (found marks of use) and then returned products
- Broken by inappropriate use
Cancelled Orders
During 14 day after order is placed and if it is not shipped Client may cancel the order and get full refund.
Returned Products
Within 14 days of receiving their goods, the clients must notify us that they want to return. Clients have another 14 days to return the goods.
To receive the full refund (product cost + shipping costs from us to Client’s address), the Client needs:
- fill the claim, including order number, and send it to barintoys@barintoys.com
- send to our address (from where it was sent – see at the package You received or ask us by email)
Returning shipping charges apply to Client.
After receiving returned goods, we quickly inspect them (1 working day) and issue refund to account it was paid from.
Unclaimed Products
We charge 50 eur for each ordered, sent and unclaimed box.
By unclaimed products we mean:
- Client refused to accept ordered box
- Transport Agent couldn’t deliver the parcel, tried to deliver several times
